Why is this breathing technique good for
overall health?


“Almost every disease is caused by constipation.
Most of the time, the intestines no longer move at all, especially if belly fat develops as a result of
eating too much food. This is why this breathing technique is so important for our health, because
it gets the intestines moving. We wouldn't be
able to do this as effectively without the waist trainings belt. Back then, my father came up with the theory: `Each meal should be followed by a bowel movement.´ If, for example, you only have a bowel movement after 3 days, it is already a
matter of constipation. Our gut has good and bad bacteria. The bad, in turn, feed on the dung of
the good. Without a bowel movement, the bad bacteria stay in the gut for too long. The toxins left behind are harmful to the body.

This breathing technique refers to the self-massage of the abdomen through rhythmic inhaling and exhaling. This self-massage can be performed in
any body position.


Which effects does the waist trainings belt have?


  • 1. Pulling in the abdomen activates the striated abdominal muscle ("waist binder"). This activation due to its contraction and relaxation increases muscle tone and decreases waist size naturally. This is a nice side effect but not the main goal
    of this breathing exercise.

  • 2. The contraction and relaxation of the abdominis muscle also stimulates the antagonist,
    the diaphragm. This helps to get increase the oxygen volume.

  • 3. Due to the improved mobility of the
    diaphragm, the liver, an important metabolic organ, experiences more movement in
    extension (swelling, filling) and
    flexion (contraction, emptying).

  • 4. Due to this improved mobility and vitality of the organ, the blood from the unpaired abdominal organs is transported to the liver more easily
    and with less resistance which is involved in separate metabolic processes (detoxification, provision of energy, production of bile, blood formation ...).

  • 5. Due to the self-massage technique of
    abdominal swelling, the blood circulation in the surrounding and deeper tissue is increased,
    an improved nutrient absorption and an improved liquid absorption of the entire
    intestine can be expected by regular, formed bowel movements.

  • 6. The friction of the different layers of tissue
    lying next to one another also creates more lymph fluid / blood serum. This stimulation
    of the lymphatic system is the crucial point for detoxification and elimination.
