“Almost every disease is caused by constipation.
Most of the time, the intestines no longer move at all, especially if belly fat develops as a result of
eating too much food. This is why this breathing technique is so important for our health, because
it gets the intestines moving. We wouldn't be
able to do this as effectively without the waist trainings belt. Back then, my father came up with the theory: `Each meal should be followed by a bowel movement.´ If, for example, you only have a bowel movement after 3 days, it is already a
